Endorsement Package from AGEHR
This link is provided to allow you to fill out and post to AGEHR a number of forms to
secure endorsement of your event. Two points should be made here:
1) AGEHR has offered the form only as a fill-and-print form. This precludes one from
emailing the form unless the form is printed, and then scanned in as a separate document.
This limitation can be circumvented by installing a pdf document generator (either paid or free) which
will allow one to print and create an electronic copy of the forms. These can then be sent as
attachments to AREA 2 and, as appropriate, to AGEHR.
2) The AGEHR packet contains information regarding insurance on your instruments. We recommend
that you read our explanation on "Handbell Insurance" elsewhere on this page prior to filling
out the AGEHR forms to understand exactly what limitations of coverage may exist.
Area 2 AGEHR Sponsored / Endorsed Event Budget Work Sheet
This worksheet is offered in combination with a free PDF writer - CuteFTP. If the user already has installed
a PDFwriter that can work with Excel, then CutePDF installation is not necessary. Please read the
imbedded instructions within the worksheet to understand how to finalize the process.

If the user already has installed a PDFwriter that works with Excel, then CutePDF installation
is not necessary. The following two programs must be installed on your computer for the CutePDF Writer to work.
Once installed, the CutePDF writer acts as a virtual printer and you can select it just as you would a real
printer available to your computer from Excel or from any other program that prints to system printers.
You will be able to savethe resulting PDF output to any directory of your choosing. You may download
these programs from the CutePDF website as follows:

AGEHR Insurance Coverage for Massed Ringing Events
All bells that we take in loan for classroom use and repertoire readings are
covered by a national AGEHR insurance policy. This means that if something goes
awry in a classroom with a bell, and it can be proven that "we did it," the
policy will cover the loss of ringing equipment.
HOWEVER, this policy does NOT apply to sets of bells in the massed ringing arena.
This is where each church, school, or individual must carry what is called "marine"
insurance on these instruments. This term refers to the fact that you will be traveling
with your bells and chimes, and they will not be housed in your school, church, or home.
Finding "Marine" Insurance Coverage for Your Instruments
A "Google" search on "musical instrument insurance" brings up many web resources,
